The Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile is appreciated for its excellent location, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, and very close to the train. Guests have enjoyed comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and great city views from their rooms. Some guests have noted that they could hear the elevators, but the AC helped to drown out the sound. Amenities like the in-room Keurig and the 24/7 gym are also commonly enjoyed.

the walls appear thin. i could hear my neighbors television through the night. this made sleep difficult, i woke often. housekeeping also seemed to be on a schedule. my room wasnt cleaned daily. i had to request new towels and toiletries myself.

The bed and pillows offered great comfort. Blackout shades worked well to block light. A mini fridge and microwave are included. The location was very convenient, too.

I found parking to be expensive. It was $62 a day, quite a lot. I think the hotel should consider a more affordable parking solution for its guests.
